I've been digging in the dirt some, making beads like a madwoman, and as of today we have a new addition to the household. He's sort of a rescue, he was removed from a dog hoarder's home and we were offered him or his sibling, but the offer was withdrawn when the daughter of the rescuer decided to keep him. Then it turned out he wasn't right for them, so he went to another household. But, as of today he is living with us. He growls if you come near him, but with a little love he should be ok.
Peanut is pretty upset---he is the prince of the house after all, and doesn't think that Gabriel should be allowed to stay.
