Apple whachamacallit

I was making bread and had a piece of dough left that just wasn't enough for a loaf....so I rolled it out thin. Then chopped two slightly withered apples that were being passed over in favor of newer ones, added brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, raisens, and a bit of butter, and spread this over the dough. Rolled it up and sliced it, poured a bit more sugar and water over the top and popped it in the oven.

Of course if everyone likes it, I'll never be able to duplicate it.....


Edited to add, it was yummy!
